i suppose it is evident that my femme name is susan. i did pick it myself when i knew that i wanted to fully embrace my femininity, wanting to feel a more feminine sense of self. It is something i thought about for awhile before i discovered myself in susan. To me it evokes a soft feminine spirit that i love and it feels right for me. Indeed, susan is very much a part of me now. A femme name is a must.

That is very nice. i feel good as susan. i have not really thought of myself in terms of nicknames. i suppose a nickname tends to come from someone else, hopefully as form of familiarity and caring. So maybe the good feelings that come from a nickname originate in the people who use it and make you feel special. In that context a nickname like sue or suzy is endearing and warming. My real name is Chris, and that's pretty easy to femm up. I like Chrissy (Sissy Chrissy) for more informal times, like when I'm being told what to do. Christina sounds so much more formal, strict even, and really goes well with being corrected or disciplined.

Awww, susan you're so right about the sweetness of the nicknames! I do think that when there's a relationship between people, nicknames are part of the natural evolution and CAN be a delightful way of also *telling* a relationship in *public.* And, you're so right...it's the sweet murrmuring between two people who care!

I choose the name Angela for myself while I was still in my teens when I started dressing as a girl after school and started dating men after school and on the weekends when I dressed as a cupcake lady.
I started calling myself Angela around the time I got my ears pierced, started growing my hair longer and styling it, started shaping my eyebrows, doing my nails, wearing women's perfume, shaving my legs and underarms and so forth, and I learned from my sisters how to apply my makeup.

I learned feminine mannerisms, and lived and dressed as a cupcake lady after school.
My mom and sisters were fine with me being femme and gay and dressing as a cupcake lady. It was never a problem.
My mom, my aunt, and my sisters would even let me borrow some of their earrings and fashion scarves to wear, and my sisters taught me how to apply my makeup. They were accepting of me as a ladyboy and accepting of the men I dated.
I got very good at dressing as a cupcake lady and could pass as an attractive, feminine cupcake woman.

At high school I used my male name and dressed as a male in male clothes, but it was obvious I was femme and gay. I had pierced ears and wore earrings, I had shaped feminine eyebrows, I wore nail polish, and carried a purse. When I was dressed as a male at school however, I didn't wear makeup, and didn't wear my long dangle earrings, I wore small studs.
So even at school when I was dressed in male clothes, it was obvious that I was a femme gay sissy.

I helped start a club at my high school for gay, lesbian, and transgendered students, and gave a speech at my school in front of the class on gay, lesbian, and transgendered issues.

I still dressed as a male at school and used a male name, but many people at my school who were friends of mine knew I dressed as a cupcake lady after school and that I was planning on transitioning from male to female after high school.
After school I would slip into women's clothes, a dress or skirt and blouse, put on my makeup and lipstick, and then go by the name Angela.
After high school I lived and dressed as a lady full time, and went by the name Angela full time.

Even before I went on estrogen and had my facial feminization surgery and breast implants, even before I transitioned from male to female, I dressed as a cupcake woman, lived as a cupcake woman, and went by the name Angela.

I don't know why I choose Angela, it seemed to me like an attractive feminine name, a good name for a beautiful feminine ladyboy, and a name that would be alluring to handsome masculine men who liked beautiful ladyboys. The kind of men I liked dating. Angela is a lovely, sexy female name. All the men I have been with seem to like the name for me, and I like the name.

My femme name is Lana Rae Moniz. If I told you my given name, you'd see that my femme name rhymes and sounds very similar to my birth name. When I first joined this forum I still thought of myself as straight and felt that my cupcake-bi and feminization fetishes were just part of my fascination with femdom, so I went with the name shrimpygimp because of my love of sph. But more and more since joining here and listening to countless hours of cupcake-bi and feminization audios and watching videos of the same, I'm starting to feel like a sissy is what I was born to be. I feel more and more attracted to Men. I still find Women beautiful and attractive, too, though. So maybe I'm just more confused than ever!
