I think I enjoy lingerie shopping the most. The last few times I've shopped, it's been for bras and panties. I love having choices with matching bras and panties of different colors. Nighties too. Lately, I've been wearing nighties that I haven't worn in some time. When I get the chance, I'll probably add something else to my wardrobe, but I think I need some new casual clothes too.

I do my Lingerie shopping on-line,but i have been in stores like Macy's or walking by a Victoria's Secrete and look at the Lingerie as i am walking past it all wishing i could work up the nerve to go and pick out some of the very sexy Lingerie i would love to at least try on!

I am often in Boston and there are a few stores i walk by as i am walking down the streets there and i see some of the very sexy and hot looking Lingerie they have in the windows on display!I get the biggest urges to want to go in and speak with a sales person and try on some of the soft and sexy Lingerie i see!

I also get the same urges as i am walking through the Macy's store at the Mall in the town i live in to walk up to the make-up counter and speak with the Beauty Consultants there about what kinds of make-up they would suggest me to wear to help me look my prettiest!

You never know maybe one day i will actually work up the courage to do these things!

I honestly suspect that there are a great many stores that have a policy where they won't even let real girls try panties on. At least not without wearing their own panties on underneath them. I believe this is for sanitary reasons and is just a matter of common sense. As for trying on a bra, well, I suspect some stores might as long as they felt you wouldn't cause a commotion that detracted from their normal sales. It seems like it is also common sense that most stores would frown on anything that makes their regular customers uncomfortable.

That said, I can't imagine any store not wanting to "make a sale" and most would bend over backward to accommodate you as long as you weren't drawing unnecessary attention. Legally, you can buy anything you want so you can fill your arms with bras and panties and anything else and walk right up to a cashier and hand them your credit card. At most, you might get a little snicker but more likely, just a nice smile and an, "I hope you enjoy your purchases."

You're right Davina. Most places won't let you try on panties. I've tried on bras before. Just grab them off the rack and try them in the dressing room to make sure it was a fit. Keeping genetic women comfortable was a concern of mine when I started shopping, so if I were browsing an area and a woman came over there, I'd just casually move elsewhere and look there so she could have that area. I've had very few problems at all shopping for lingerie and have had good experiences. If anything, the cashiers have been friendly with me.

I follow your routine exactly and have never had a bad experience. It is easy enough to see when a girl or group of girls might have a concern simply by seeing how they look at you. It doesn't take any extra effort to just put down whatever you were looking at and turn and walk away. There is always so many other things to look at and if I saw something I liked, I just come back to it later.

The sales staff aren't going to do anything that "costs them money" and that means they want you there spending your money. So as long as you can do it without making the real girls feel uncomfortable, they will be happy to help or assist in any way they can.

The one instance I caught a really cupcake sales girl by surprise turned around quickly when her associates informed her that my money was as good as anyone's.

All the time! Shopping for lingerie is one of my favorite things to do. I likely give myself away on account of how I shop.
I inspect the items like a girl would. I also like when I'm the only guy in the lingerie section. And yes, I also shop as you do Candi.

There are a few different ways you can do this. If you know your sizes, just go to the displays and pick out what you want and go buy it. You may be asked if they can help you, but you can always say you are picking stuff out for your wife or a simple no thank you.

Or, you can just accept the help and admit it's for you or lie and claim it's for your wife. If you are a serious buyer, they are usually good about selling.

Or, just bite the bullet and call ahead. Explain your situation and ask if that's okay. They'll probably say its okay, and the one you talked to on the phone may be the one helping you. You may even get a bra sizing if that's what you want. Just be ready to buy things. Don't be wasting their time. If you do this, show up when you say you will.

There are laws against discrimination, and many places will not worry about it if you are buying. You may get a giggle, a smile or a dirty look, but who cares. Just remember that chances are you will never see any of these people again.

Why pretend it's a gift? I try to pick attractive cashiers, look them in the eye and smile at them. A couple times when I'
ve felt daring, I've made remarks like, "they're such a pretty color, and nylon feels so good on." They usually smile back.
The point I'm trying to make is that many hot, cupcake attractive cashiers and salesgirls are CD friendly.

It's the whole concern some sissies have about the sales girl knowing the truth, The thing is, they don't usually care. It's just another sale. Even if they laugh, somebody will come along later and they'll forget about you. Chances are you won't even see her again, so why worry about whether she knows or not? I guess I understand the fear for those who feel they have a reputation (especially at work) to protect, but it's usually no big deal.

My experiences in shopping have been almost uniformly positive. When I go to Victoria's Secret and the sales assistant asks if she can help me I tell am looking for something for myself - a bra and panty set, a pretty slip, whatever. In particular if I am buying a bra i ask her if it is okay if i try it on as fit does matter and i don't want to buy something that will not be comfortable to wear. I tell her my size and typically she will help me with some possible choices and will escort me to the dressing room with some bras to try on. Often she will check in on me, offer me some additional choices i might like.. I do try to shop at somewhat off times as i do not want to make other customers uncomfortable or put the sales assistant in a difficult position. Perhaps the most important thing is just being honest and clear with her so that she knows how to help me, not trying to make her guess or make her feel she is part of some fantasy of mine. There are rare exceptions but most every time the sales assistants have been helpful, friendly and supportive.

I doubt seriously that they would laugh out loud. You might catch them off-guard and they might let out a giggle but they will have to compose themselves quickly, if they care to keep their job. The people in the office don't give a damn who you are or what you want. they just want your money. And if a cashier does anything that lowers the amount of incoming money, that cashier will be shuffled out of order with someone who makes more money for the company. it all comes down to simple economics.

And if she did realize it or figure it out, all the better. who is she going to tell, her friends and cupcake and how is she going to prove it. She has no proof of anything. The downside is nil and the upside is a possible new friend.
