The term "transgendered" encompasses the entire spectrum of gender-crossing feelings and behaviors. So technically, any cross-gendered behavior or feelings would have to be categorized as falling within some spectrum of transgenderism.
Those who term themselves transsexuals in the sense that they have always strongly felt themselves to be females in male bodies typically do fall into the category of just "girl talk" which you have described.
But to me, the feeling of being feminine--including being emasculated, so long as it's in good fun--is a very wonderful and also a very sexy feeling. I really get turned on by thinking about how, e.g., men get hard for me, and all the verious ways in which I can please them, etc.
So while I love being included non-sexual girl talk--because it makes me feel like "one of the girls," which I really crave--I also love it when the conversation turns to more steamy topics, i.e., talking about men sexually. Teehee.
