Ms Daphne ~ I just love how excited the girlies are to get dressed up this time fo year. Even if they can't get dressed ~ they can shop like they are! I actually saw one over the weekend shopping for shoes enjoying every minute of it!!! And trust me it wasn't just one pair for one outfit!

Ha! The funny thing... the last time I went out for Halloween I did have to go shoe shopping.. for BORING sneakers....

Another funny thing.... it wasn't my idea... but a female friend's... bit of a story... but I agreed (she doesn't know about me)

And the THIRD funny thing.... I told a TS slightly activist friend I was going out for Halloween - as a nurse. She was offended, started saying it was stereotypes and offensive, going out in some skimpy costume and high heels.... and I sent her a picture…. white uniform dress, very plain white sneakers... looked a bit like how a nurse might be dressed in the 50s or 60s working the hospital ward.... she was SO apologetic... said "I thought you were getting some flimsy costume" "No, it's from a regular uniform outlet, a real nurse dress" LOL! (but that friend knows if I wanted... I could rock a pair of white heels with it....)


(skimpy and sexy? I was the size of an iceberg....)

Used to like Halloween but now I’ve quit doing this as I’m to old and past this stage of going out to bars with friends that hit me fat. Dressing up at home is what I’m doing instead.
