It was a pair of navy blue pantyhose!

I know, Empress, not exactly exciting,....but it was my first step

And I could finally say it was my very own pair of pantyhose!


I remember the first time I bought a dress for myself, it was a gorgeous green taffeta ballgown, and the salesgirl/manageress, who was about my age and quite tall also, said to me cupcake was bagging it for me:
"its always difficult buying clothes for a lady isn't it"?
(I'm still not sure did she know,....or even suspect!)

I felt even better when I slipped on that dress as soon as I got home, Empress, and it fitted me like a glove.
What did that salesgirl know, anyhow?

My first purchase was pantyhose. The sales girl was really nice and I told her that that they were for me. I was so embarassed but excited at the same time. And after the first time she was so nice when I went back to purchase more. I felt so girly to be shown different pantyhose just like I was a girl looking for the perfect pair to wear.
