I haven't quite figured it out yet either. I think you need a software that reduces the size of the file itself and not just the photo.
I'm working on a pic for my profile. When I figure it out, I'll let you know how to do it

OMG! I love heels, I feel sooooooo sexy, so feminine in them, especially in a short skirt. And guess what,
I can walk in them like a sexy girl too, swaying my hips, oh the feeling!
