Have you thought about fitness in the new year?

Think about building a sissy booty? Wanting to enhance your body to make it look more feminine?

Starting with this audio, I will be doing a sissy fitness audio each month.

Also enjoy me in lingerie with a hot pink exercise ball:

Thank you for your sissy fitness routine, Empress Delia! I'm looking forward to following this girlie routine via your blog at http://www.femfabulous.com/sissy-fitness/ .

In addition to sissy exercises, diet is absolutely vital. For more on that, I highly recommend everyone listen to the following interview of Gary Taubes, who is the most knowledgeable person on diet and its relation to human body-weight:

* "Jonathan Bailor with Gary Taubes - Why We Get Fat and What We Can Do About It", SANE Solution ( youtube.com/user/AaviaPublishing ), June 30, 2013, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfXzRbzUpoQ . Transcript: Jonathan Bailor, "Bonus: Gary Taubes – Why We Get Fat and NuSI", June 10, 2013, http://thesmarterscienceofslim.com/taubes/ , http://webcitation.org/6cy8nXw0X , https://archive.is/utbIF .

I used the low carb/keto approach when I was training for a sprint triathlon. :)

Good stuff!!

Make sure you subscribe to the femfabulous blog. :)

If it had not have been for my early fitness routines, these old bones wouldn't make it up the hill past the Firehouse. On Wednesdays they wash the trucks!

Me too. I like watching new (i.e., new to me) Taubes video lectures even though I already know the stuff, because it's nice to see a correct argument presented well.

And I did make sure to subscribe to your blog, per the directions in your concluding paragraph within your above post. Of which post by you is contained within a larger thread, also by you. As I meditate on this, I also realize that this thread exists upon computer servers which themselves exist on a planet within the Milky Way galaxy. That galaxy itself is contained in a larger universe; a universe which is but one among a multiverse. And it's all held together by a singularity: a mathematical, but also physical, singularity of literal infinitude. And I think that's pretty darn swell. Indeed, I'd say that it even rises to the level of outright spiffy.

Few people know this, but existence is a spiff-generating function. The purpose of existence is to generate greater levels of spiff.

Unfortunately, we exist in a relatively spiff-starved locale within space and time. However, great amounts of spiff are going to come online rather soon--but not without some birthing pangs, regrettably.

I don't actually pay attention to diet, and consume lots of chocolate.

Reasons I stay fit, are that I 1) am constantly worried and angry 2) walk for hours when in other countries.

This combo of activity and stress keeps me in the 150 lbs range.

This paragraph reminds me of the Monty Python Galaxy Song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvwH8Qij0JY (you tube) and I love to think about things like that!! :)

I like your style!!

I would suggest meditation. I have started that, and stress melts away. I would think your walking would still allow you to eat the yummy chocolate ;)

Stress sucks. :(
