I know this is not possibly the first time you have ever heard this, but you have fantastic legs! SO pretty! You obviously take very good care of them, and I heartily applaud you for that.

As for why it took you so long to follow your own advice when it comes to your legs, when we lose our way for whatever the reason, it can be very easy to give advice that we do not keep in mind or heed. You're only human, just like the rest of us.

I know it's easy in the preoccupation of depression to pick at your legs, especially given the problem you have with ingrown hairs, but I want you to try to find something that you can do to distract you and will serve as a replacement for that counterproductive behavior. You have a lovely body, so give it love - all the love you can - especially since you're feeling depressed. It might even be the case that in doing some nice for your body, you find yourself feeling a little better, even if only temporarily.

Find your strength -that incredible strength you displayed when you decided you were going to come out and be true to yourself- and allow it to take you by the hand and at least start to pull you out of this depression and take you forward into new experiences. If you feel you can't do it alone and are not already doing so, you might want to seek out a professional to help you get back on track.

Do whatever you need to do for YOU! You deserve to be happy! :)
