Since this is a choose-your-own-adventure tale, I know how the story ends!:

Nanobots swarm out of the mistress's mouth, appearing as a fast-moving puff of smoke directed at the naked male's head. Upon reaching their target, the naked male's brain is rapidly substrate-transformed into superintelligent computronium, thereby forming him into an immortal technogod. And a sexy time was had by all. Finis.

You know, a stereotypical ending to such stories. Ha!
