Dear Goddess Rachel, Thank you so much for making these recordings. A minute of girly time gets my day started in a warm feminine way that I appreciate so much.

The subject of purging that you dealt with the other day is especially close to me as I have gone thru it several times in my life. The idea of locking up my feminine side in a box and hiding it never occurred to me as at those times I was fixated on getting ALL of it as far away as possible. The urge to purge has not come over me for several years now, maybe next time (if there is one) I will have the strength to follow your advice.
