Some transwomen of course get their male genetalia removed and are given beautiful vaginas.
My man and I haven't decided yet whether I am going to have that done, he likes women with vaginas, he was married to a beautiful genetic woman before he knew me, and has a son with her, but he also likes beautiful transwomen with their estrogen-feminized male genetalia, "chicks with dicks", so we haven't decided yet.

Another option is being castrated and having my testicles removed, but keep my feminized ladystick.

Except for my male genetalia, in every other way though I have transitioned from male to female.
I have been on estrogen and anti-androgens for years, have had facial feminization surgery, have breast implants, etc., and people assume I am a beautiful genetic woman, unless they know otherwise.
I love being a lady, I lived and dressed as a lady for years. I started dressing as a girl in my teens, so it is wonderful being transformed into a beautiful feminine woman, and being transitioned from male to female.

Yes, I've known transwomen who've chosen to change their genitalia AND some who have chosen to keep what they have. It is, after all, a huge decision and you deserve respect and support whatever you decide. We all know that gender is about more than what's between the legs - what's between the ears is far more important in my opinion!

thanks for helping me fell prettier "down there". To be the best girl I an be I know it is necessary to take away all reminders of the man I used to be before stepping proudly on the path to sissiness.
