Hi, Enchantrix Claire. I did as you requested and Googled the study you spoke of in your above nice audio! Below is an article which describes this British study undertaken by a laundry-product manufacturer brand named Dr. Beckmann ( https://www.dr-beckmann.co.uk ), of which company I'm sure every American is familiar with (ha!):

To answer your question, I would venture to say that I have around maybe 15 pairs of panties. In order for me to give an exact figure would require me to go through multiple drawers and pull out other clothes, since I don't have a dedicated panty-drawer.
