I am kind of a neat freak. I love things all neat and organized. When my space is cluttered or messy it actually effects my mood. Sometimes things call for a little more than tidying up. I think everyone should at least once or twice a year open their drawers, closets (secret hide aways) go take stock in what they have. If you can't remember the last time you wore or used something or if it is no longer your style or fit - get rid of it. I know it's easy to hang onto things - especially if you don't have many items. But by doing so you're left with what you really like and use ~ and room for new things that will better suit you! Getting rid of things can be scary too for anyone who has purged. Please don't worry!! Purging is getting rid of everything that makes you a girlie girl!! You're just decluttering.

Totally agree with you on this. I’ve been doing this as I’ve bought more women’s clothes and ones I don’t wear I toss away or take them to goodwill. Women’s clothes fit and feel sooo much better then my guy clothes as I want to start wearing this along with my bras and panties underneath with ankle boots. This is who I am and become. It’s not if I come out to girls I play tennis with it’s when. If they are true friends they will accept this. After much thought I’m not going to worry or care what others think anymore.

The most effective way for a crossdresser to give up purging is to come to a state of self-acceptance. And the most effective way to come to a state of self-acceptance is to come out of the closet. Once one does that, the feelings of shame and desires to purge go away.
