I have had pretty good luck with Olga 40C bras. They are comfortable all day,
and the shoulder straps stay put for me!

Being rather flat-chested, I don't wear bras when I go out, as I also don't wear padding. However, I have bought bras before, and below is the model of the first brassières that I purchased, in size 36AA. I purchased them online from the below page but did an in-store pickup from Linda's in Manhattan, which is right around the corner from where I lived at the time. I occasionally wore them at home living with my previous boyfriend as a type of pretty and sexy lingerie.
